I was once asked to use my bazi skills to predict if North Korea will go to war this year. And since I don't know how to do that, I guess I'm not a skilled Bazi practitioner! Oh well.. But I can assure everyone here I am good at growing vegetables. Even the people here in Nicaragua can attest to my farming skills.

The signal of this year can be seen in the beginning chart of that new moon. Super strong wood qi clash Earth in beginning of the year but the ding is not strong enough to drain Jia(Wood). This is a big signal of earthquakes this year. We could see major earthquake this year that can shock the World. Also very bad year for President Donald Trump. This could be the year he will be forced the step down.

How are you? Nice to meet you  ;).
Usually the new moon chart of the new chinese year can represent the chart of the year for the World.
It is neither male or female you don't plot the pillars, it is just a analysis of the 4 pillars.
What we are suppose to get from this chart is the feeling of the atmosphere. With this type of chart it is not good even if the Mediator star Fire gains strength because Earth gets burnt, but if No mediator star Wood and Earth battles still not good. This is not a good sign for the World, also i will mention that this year will be big year of extreme fluctuations including the financial markets. We can already see this happening, with the big gains and drops on Wall Street. Extreme fluctuations in wealth for people. Some with nothing gain extreme wealth, some with extreme wealth lose all their wealth. This also include power and many other iterations. Basically this year is a unbalanced year.
