2. The reason you asked about the future is about this working situation or do you have any other Job ?

Hi Phoenix,

1.  Third Line Officer is You Metal that comes with Gou Chen.  And this You Metal is also connected to the Fifth Line. Is this job in property, land, farming or forestry, and are you often outdoor?
2.  You have not been applying for another permanent job?
3.  I don't understand why you would get only 3 months allowance if you are dismissed.  Since you said you have been working for 6 years, I would expect more compensation.
4.  What kind of job would make you dismissed if there is no new plan yet?  It seems that the company/your department has not been doing well financially.
5.  Your current job started in 2012 Chen year, because Chen combines with You (your current job).  But anyway you did mention you have been there for 6 years.
6.  Time of divination.  I cannot see the time on @Gmuli 's software, but I see it on the Chinese app as 19:03.  What time did you start to toss coins?  This is a minor detail for my research.

Hi Phoenix, more analysis for you:

1.  Second line Parents+Siblings represents your boss. 
2.  Fifth line Officer clashes the Second line, and Officer moves progressively to another Officer line You Metal.
3.  So, you and your boss will separate, and you move to a better job than now. 
4.  A better job because fifth line is higher than the second line.  Fifth line is also a progressive line.
5.  You aspire a job with managerial role, but you're also in waiting mode, what the company's policy is. 
     Self line is You Officer, and You Officer appears in the Fifth line.

Two timings:
6.  I agree with you that Wu month is timing of separation.  Self line moves to Wu Fire, which overcomes Self line.

Based on the hexagram, I think the dispute with your boss already started in 2016.

In my view, you will likely not work with him again, because of the Shen-Yin clash, and then Shen changed to another line.  As for the meaning of clash, I explained it in my previous analysis.

I think that
1.Chou earth Wealth in first yao of this Hexagram for the reason that is a tomb of Metal .. this earth wealth produces  Metal .. this is for wealth for getting out of tomb (or spending ??)

2. Xu earth wealth in 6th yao of this Hexagram for the reason that is a tomb of Fire .. this  Earth wealth is produced by the fire .. this is for wealth entering the tomb ( saving money ?? )
... I am not sure ..!!
.. Perhaps the reverse is true ..!!
