Organ association is quite difficult.

As Miss A said, which I agree, Jia is father too.  In the natal chart, Geng clashing Jia means problem in the head area, because Jia = head.  Since Jia (and Yi) belongs to the Zhen trigram, and Zhen represents sound, the throat is a possible organ. 

In the LP that father had his problem, Yin Tiger also represented father.  Yin Tiger is in Gen trigram, and Gen represents the nose (among many things).
