Real Case:How much precious is this program so that will benefit me ?

I will try to evaluate :

1. I chose as Yongshen the the Wealth that is hidden (fushen) and Void under 3d line.. the flying (fei Shen ) spirit on this line can hurt this Fushen not now in void but after void . This is too bad for Yongshen to come out and to be effective... Feishen is strong by month and is bound with day.
This 3rd line is changing to Chen earth ghost Officer that return to hurt Hai  Sibbling 3rd line.
Fortunately enough Chen ghost officer has not enough force to make this happen.. but in future is possible... and maybe act as tomb of Hai .
2.Shi self 4th line is unmoving but linking with 3rd line ... is Hai water Sibbling in tiger Liu shen...
Perhaps this is my own trial and what experience I have gained...
But my question I concerning Master's program...
3. The 3rd line is in a serpent Liu Shen ... very mysterious but not so effective for Yongshen
4. The Other Party (Master ) is in the 1st Mao wood offspring and Yuanshen that is dead on month.
5. Self 4th line Sibbling Hai water gives to 1st Mao wood offspring Other Party ... this is bad for Self ..
I think is not a good choice ...

Any advice and help is welcome ...

Hi Tientai, the below is the story that the hexagram tells me:

In your case where you already know quite some Qi Gong yourself, this program does not give you any benefit, and is therefore not worth spending.  It's an all right program, and not a scam, but most of it contains fundamental exercises. 

You have done quite some verification on the program yourself, and this program is boosted by your friends or the master's followers through advertisements.  Actually you like this program, however, you still have doubts about it and yourself wonder if there's real value for you, or is it just a product that is well-marketed.

From the hexagram, the image tells me that you are more interested to deepen Internal Qi Gong than external Qi Gong.  What does the program contain?

Here's how I interpret the hexagram:

0.  Yong Shen is the Others Line (the program by this master).
1.  Others Line is located the 1st line, which represents the basis.  This line is produced by 3rd line Hai Sibling, so there are a lot of followers or supporters for this product or the master.  But this line is overcome by Month.  The programs is too basic for you.
2.  This program is well-marketed, because the 1st line is Child coming with Bird (Zhu Que)
3.  Self line is Sibling that produces Others line, which means you like this program and are ready to spend money. 
4.  Self line = 3rd line Hai (same character), and the 3rd line changes to Chen Officer.  Officer = verification and checking.  Officer produces Parent You (thoughts), and You Metal in turn clashes Others line.  It means after verification and checking, the program looks so profound, but you start having doubtful thoughts about it
5. Note that I wrote "start having doubtful thoughts" because You is a non-moving line.  If it was a moving line, then after verification and checking, you would abandon the idea of purchasing.
6. You Metal comes with Tortoise (Xuan Wu), which is of Water element --> profound, incredible, mysterious, 玄 Xuan
7. Wealth line is hidden and cannot come out

Dear @JLim ..
I used this to mean that when an element produces another the producing one gives its strength to the producted ... is just a mother nurtures her son ... who gains the benefit is the son... on this case mother is temporarily deficient ..

I used as Yongshen the Wealth .. from the start of tossing coins for the only reason that I had some idea of these techniques. I had the experience of this ... by my first master... otherwise i chose as Yongshen the Offspring.

I want to know from the new master how valuable is his program to benefit me.. of course is much expensive from the first master. .. but is not the case ..!!

I don't deside freely becouse his program has many Commitments, vows not to present this knowledge to others without the permission or presence of himself..  ( that's why this Valuable gift is fu shen and very difficult to come out due to secrecy  ). 
....

.. yes not many but yes don't like to be confined by commitments... vows or initiations .. is what I hate too..!!
Perhaps from another point there is some reason .
Many philosophical movements must be protected with secrecy. Anyway I believe and want to prove everything openly as a response to the skeptical world...

I see the hidden Wealth line as the price, rather than the product itself.  Although this hidden line does not come out, there is a hidden combination with Top line Wei Earth.  What does this mean?  It tells us that the price is "top"  or expensive.

I see this from the Second Line: Chou as Officer coming together with Qi Lin.  Let's go back to the meaning of Officer: what controls you.  And Qi Lin means being "tied up". Since Chou is not a moving line, this does not give you any pressure or trouble, but in the background, there is always the "image" of being tied to commitment.

I prefer using the name Gou Chen than Qi Lin, because the meaning would be more readily apparent.  勾 Gou in Chinese has meanings that indicate "tied up".  Whether it's positive or negative meaning, depending on the whole hexagram and the querent themselves. 

In a Job Seeking hexagram, for example, Officer coming with Gou Chen means a long-term job.  If your goal is to find a temporary job, then this may not be so positive.  But if you want a permanent job that lasts long, then this may be positive.

I see the hidden Wealth line as the price, rather than the product itself.  Although this hidden line does not come out, there is a hidden combination with Top line Wei Earth.  What does this mean?  It tells us that the price is "top"  or expensive.

you have right .. the hidden wealth line is the the Prise .. I could say how I see it :
1. Is a priceless and valuable to everyone interesting ...!!
2. Sure for Master " Chou " indeed is much expensive  ...
3. the other Master " Wei " 6th line holding Dragon has a relation with this priceless wealth of 3rd Fushen line (both Empty) but he shares this relatively so freely and openly to everyone in money ratio .. 1 to 50 with the "Chou" master.
3. Self line Sibbling Hai water I take as my competition that is not starting with "chou" master .. due to not moving.. in tiger the strife is hard.. and bounds with Day Hai water.. to be not moving ..
4. 3rd Sibbling Hai water moving line is his student competitors that are committed. .
That is my overall estimation taking many explanations from you @JLim ..

On this case my estimation is don't take this Qi Gong product from "Chou " Master.

BTW.. very good expanation for Gou Chen ... I keep it to remember. .. indeed is a steacky Earthly  Worm that "tie up" ... any movement.. for good or bad .

Instead of estimation, you mean decision? From the hexagram, the sign indeed is you won't spend any money on this product  --> Wealth line is hidden, and in this specific case it cannot come out.

Jlim... Yong Shen is OffSpring line Mao Wood. And in the whole hexagram, there is no Yin Wood.  If there was, then we can anlyze how the Yin Wood interacts with all lines in the hexagram

I have drought the Qi Gong package onlast Saturday 15th September..I chose this Hai day as the only one that is fitting to the 4th moving Hexagram moving line ..!!

Package is very valuable .. although fundamental but very profound and with quick effects .. that was what I need .
I had a meeting with Master and He showed me  (by making himself these exercises)  the possibilities one can develop when deals with these exercises ..!!!
Then I bought the package with instalments  .. very good deal

Indeed there is commitment don't reveal all these openly ..  and a kind of Mysticism. . Just to say...

I want to make a good and valuable gift to myself in late 60ies. .!!

I wait to buy this on 15th. . Hai day becouse two days before was You metal day that clashed open kong wan  Mao wood day .. !!

No, the 15th is Xu day.

The retreat of 2nd wealth moving line I think represent something not so bad ... just how was the agreement. . To pay by instalments.

Here is some interesting interpretation.  The second Wealth line talks about his (and not your) money.  This line combines with Fourth line Hai, since Yin and Hai is a Six Combination.  But Hai comes together with Shen Siblings, and Siblings represents "wealth loss".  Moreover, Hai is (1) retreating line, (2) coming with Qi Lin, which can mean 'slowness'. 

This whole thing (wealth loss, retreating, slowness) means the other party receives money in installments.  In a way, installment is a sort of "wealth loss" for him.
