2. Disease is not serious to hurt him .. officer is Empty Kong ...
3. He is exhausted by this condition wei EB hurt Hai water Parent Self line ..
4. Too many Wife wealth lines ...?? ..
      4a. Other Chou 1st moving  line that change to Zi water . Chou secretly move by the clash of the Wei daily EB.
      4b. 6th  advanced wife/wealth line .. and Wu (cure) hiding line at the end will Join with Wei ..

Maybe he will exhaust by antibiotics but behind on this there is a cure on the ramparts. !!!

-  Wei Earth and Chou Earth move to overcome Self Line Hai (Water).  This line is also overcome by Month and Day.  He seems to be in a very bad health condition. 
-  Wu Fire (hidden 4th line) cannot come out in this case.  So it cannot overcome You (Illness).  Medicine cannot handle this illness.

2. Disease is not serious to hurt him .. officer is Empty Kong ...

This is Fake Kong Wang (Emptiness), because they are strong by Month and Day.  And anyway, the day after this hexagram is raised, Shen and You are no longer Kong Wang Branches.

That's how I interpret the hexagram, which does not seem to reflect the situation.  The only thing that complies is the Officer line being You Metal in the 5th line position.  This is in line with skin problem on the forehead.  In your opinion, what could have caused such a skin rash?

Dear @JLim .. all hi .

I don't understand how this skin problem is seen in the forehead .. but this area from Chinese diagnostic charts concerns Lung disease ... and indirectly the immunity.

My friend is a person that don't trust so much Chinese medicinals ...
I could support him much better with some TCM medicines  before he tossed the coins .. but after tossing I understand that Augmentin 1000mlgr is very strong and unfriendly to his overall condition.
I suggest him to follow a TCM prescription just as a modification of Ma Huang Tang ... that is convenient to his low immunity due to interior Cold in Lungs .
Now he is recovering with many hours in bed  .. he feels exhausted but his skin rash is near to disappear ..!!
He has 3 days more to finish with antibiosis ..
I think he follows the hard way ... and I don't know if he erase this inner cold condition permanently.
Said that for every autumn he takes easily antibiotics. ..

I  will try to write a therapeutic proposal. . Or remedy of this case

1. After Xu earth month Hai water is reaching...
    On this month and or a day with Hai water Lin with Shi self line (self-bound).. so Ji Shen is unmoving and bound.

2. On this Hai water Month /and or Day there is an alliance formation of Hai ÷Yin (Liu he ) .. Hai water can reinforce Yuanshen Yin wood .

3. On this Hai water month there is an occasion for Cure..
   Explain :  On Shi self line is hidden the cure or medicine now difficult to reach out ... but in Hai water month the Shi self Hai water Parent line is Lin or  (self-bound)... a day inside this month just as Yin or Mao or Si or Wu can a therapist find an opportunity to cure this recurrent interior Cold condition..using hot TCM prescription.
... on this case Wu fire ( Cure or Medicines  ) can not hidden anymore and joint with 6th Wei  earth advancing line causing this don't advance.. and being stable .
That's all I am thinking ..

I'm not a doctor, but I know augmentin, and 1000 milligram dosage is heavy.

BTW today he will end with Augmentin he is apparently well on recovering ..
Still I insist he needs additional help and support for this annual recurring bad immunity ..!!

Is prescribed from dermatologist to take Augmentin for six days ..
And today is the last day of antibiosis... i was wrong when said on some quote before that he will finishes with antibiosis after 3 days ...
Tomorrow he will visit his Doctor for further follow up .. !!

Very interesting how it will turn out when Hai month comes... Officer line will be even weaker, not so much earth to attack... I guess it may be better when the month ends, but there seems to be something more going on in his life that has relation to this.

My friend is infected by a contagious disease.. dermatologist (woman) diagnosed it but said just today.
Fortunately enough his infection is gone...
Perhaps he infected by another Woman ... his job is  Tuina Masseur .. he rarely keeps the disinfection and clearance rules ..!!

No .. the antibiotics are needed much more for controlling and killing the viruses flowing to inner path... !!
Lastly he said to me that on the 2nd day of Augmentin his mother made an ointment and spread over his rash ... just for one night .. he noticed the next day that the rash stop erupted outwards. .!! Then followed the swelling on eye conca ... he don't stop antibiosis ..
