Well its not every day but sometimes my subordinate when i tell something to do something, they just say yes yes yes but sometimes they do it and sometimes make an excuse, the problem is i am nice very nice person and i always ask people (subordinate) politely and nicely but they always didnt do but when i am asking with yellding they do immediately, actually i dont want to do it because it seems like i sm a bad guy.

Thank you master for your nice explanation, i am just afraid 4-5 years later i will face xin mao luck pillar i dont know what happen because in this year is the tough year for me and there is many obstacle along the way like decreasing in business revenue, more procrastination because my mind full of distracted etc hope i can overcome this.

That's anyone can analyse which correct hour for my Bazi chart?

Because my mom said I was born on 00:53 (Zi Rat hour) in the morning but my father said 00:58 (already 1 am which is Ox hour according to Bazi calculator)

my date of birth is : 29-August-1981. Jakarta, Indonesia time either 00:53 or 00:58.

my question is :

1. which hour is the correct time for my Bazi chart? and how to identify it?

2. about 4-5 years later I will move to the next luck pillar which is Xin Mao that some of the master said it is not good luck pillar
so what I have to do to overcome it?

It is more of alot of people issues.
If you can avoid them, best to avoid it.
