Yes, thank you Baretta, that's correct.  It starts at that time, which is valid for the GMT+0 time zone.

But if you are in Singapore or Malaysia that uses the GMT+8 time zone, then Li Chun starts on 4 Feb at 05:18:02.  Why so, just add 8 hours to 21:18:02.

If you are in GMT+7 time zone, then you add 1.
If you are in GMT-5 time zone, then you subtract 5.
Etc.

-  Are you talking about New Year's Day of 2018?  Or are you talking about the Chinese solar year Wu Xu, which will start around 4 Feb?
-  For what purpose do you want to plot it? In my view, Bazi is a method for personal birth chart reading

Any clue around what time, so that the Bazi analysts can narrow it down?  It would be a daunting task when the analyst has to look at 12 hours.

Otherwise, a quicker and better method for getting an answer for love suitability would be through divinations.  And Liu Yao divination would be one suitable method that i myself use.  Or Tarot cards etc.

Her condition started in 2016 Bing Shen year.  Bing = Si, so it was the time for Si to clash Hai Water source.
Xin Hai Month is because the "arrival" of Hai Water source to be hurt.

Hi NewMan,

Based on Mangpai, this is a Gui DM that is connected with Water sources, please note the blue color.  Such Gui DM does not like to meet 絕 Jue Qi phases, because this Qi phase stops the water flow.  And this DM meets this Qi phase at both Hour and Year.  This affects health and longevity unfavorably.

The other thing is that Hai as a Water source is hurt by the clash with Si.  Zi is also another Water source, and it would be more unfavorable for longevity when both Water sources are hurt.

Hi NewMan, welcome to the forum!

Go to Profile > Modify Profile > Look and Layout > And then right next to Time Offset input, click <auto detect> to set your local time offset. 

If <auto detect> does not work, then input it manually.

Finally: <Change Profile> -- don't forget this step!
