References to the ZSBY pdf-ed case studies are in square brackets:
a) First number following the Ex. is the chapter number e.g. Ex.20-xx refers to Chapter 20.
b) Second number is the case study number.
c) Letters (after these numbers) refer to upper trigram over lower trigram (E = Earth, F = Fire, H = Heaven, L = Lake , M = Mountain, T = Thunder, W = Water, X = Wind (Xun)).
